Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2022, Volume 23, Issue 11,   Pages 1714-1732 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.2100508

Abstract:

The final solution set given by almost all existing preference-based multi-objective evolutionaryalgorithms (MOEAs) lies a certain distance away from the decision makers’ preference informationgrid and a preference error grid. Then, we put forward two dominant modes of population, preference degree dominance and preference errorExperimental results show that DIP-MOEA expresses the preference information of DMs well and provides

Preference transfer model in collaborative filtering for implicit data Project supported by Article

Bin JU,Yun-tao QIAN,Min-chao YE

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2016, Volume 17, Issue 6,   Pages 489-500 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1500313

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel method called the preference transfer model for effective cross-domainEach user-factor matrix can be viewed as user preference in terms of browsing behavior or buying behaviorThen, two factor-user matrices can be used to construct a so-called ‘preference dictionary’ that candiscover in advance the consistent preference of users, from their browsing behaviors to their buyingExperimental results demonstrate that the proposed preference transfer model outperforms the other methods

An overview on the applications of the hesitant fuzzy sets in group decision-making: Theory, support and methods

Zeshui XU, Shen ZHANG

Frontiers of Engineering Management 2019, Volume 6, Issue 2,   Pages 163-182 doi: 10.1007/s42524-019-0017-4

Abstract: Due to the characteristics of hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs), one hesitant fuzzy element (HFE), which is the basic component of HFSs, can express the evaluation values of multiple decision makers (DMs) on the same alternative under a certain attribute. Thus, the HFS has its unique advantages in group decision making (GDM). Based on which, many scholars have conducted in-depth research on the applications of HFSs in GDM. We have viewed lots of relevant literature and divided the existing studies into three categories: theory, support and methods. In this paper, we elaborate on hesitant fuzzy GDM from these three aspects. The first aspect is mainly about the introduction of HFSs, HFPRs and some hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators. The second aspect describes the consensus process under hesitant fuzzy environment, which is an important support for a complete decision-making process. In the third aspect, we introduce seven hesitant fuzzy GDM approaches, which can be applied in GDM under different decision-making conditions. Finally, we summarize the research status of hesitant fuzzy GDM and put forward some directions of future research.

Functional characterization of a thermostable methionine adenosyltransferase from

Yanhui Liu,Biqiang Chen,Zheng Wang,Luo Liu,Tianwei Tan

Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering 2016, Volume 10, Issue 2,   Pages 238-244 doi: 10.1007/s11705-016-1566-2

Abstract: MATTt (a thermostable methionine adenosyltransferase from HB27) was overexpressed in and purified using Ni-NTA affinity column. The enzymatic activity of MATTt was investigated in a temperature range from 30 °C to 90 °C, showing that MATTt exhibited a high enzymatic activity and good thermostability at 80 °C. Circular dichroism spectra reveals that MATTt contains high portion of -sheet structures contributing to the thermostability of MATTt. The kinetic parameter, is 4.19 mmol/L and 1.2 mmol/L for ATP and methionine, respectively. MATTt exhibits the highest enzymatic activity at pH 8. Cobalt (Co ) and zinc ion (Zn ) enhances remarkably the activity of MATTt compared to the magnesium ion (Mg ). All these results indicated that the thermostable MATTt has great potential for industry applications.

A strategy-proof auction mechanism for service composition based on user preferences

Yao Xia, Zhiqiu Huang,xiayao@nuaa.edu.cn,zqhuang@nuaa.edu.cn

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2021, Volume 22, Issue 2,   Pages 141-286 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1900726

Abstract: is an effective method of combining existing atomic services into a value-added service based on cost and quality of service (QoS). To meet the diverse needs of users and to offer pricing services based on QoS, we propose a auction mechanism based on s, which is and can be beneficial in selecting services based on s and dynamically determining the price of services. We have proven that the proposed auction mechanism achieves desirable properties including truthfulness and individual rationality. Furthermore, we propose an auction algorithm to implement the auction mechanism, and carry out extensive experiments based on real data. The results verify that the proposed auction mechanism not only achieves desirable properties, but also helps users find a satisfactory scheme.

Hu Yiqun,Su Qiang,Li Xiaoxue and Zheng Jingchen

Strategic Study of CAE 2017, Volume 19, Issue 2,   Pages 43-49 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2017.02.007

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of residents' difficulties in affording expensive medical treatment, we build a community-hospital concept model of a secondary medical service system, and establish a function model and a referral mechanism for patients' preferences. Taking Jiading District in Shanghai as an example, we make use of the AnyLogic system modeling software and demonstrate how this model can be used to study the effect of different medical cooperation modes and medical reform policies through the introduction of actual case data. Our results show that promoting the quality of primary medical care services and increasing the reimbursement ratio of medical insurance can effectively improve the efficiency of the whole medical service system.
